Step 1: Visit the Official BPSC Website
Navigate to the Portal: Go to the official Bihar Public Service Commission website: bpsc.bihar.gov.in.
Find the Link: On the homepage, locate and click the "Apply Online" tab. This will redirect you to the BPSC Online Application Portal.

Step 2: Complete One-Time Registration (OTR)
New User Registration: If this is your first time applying for any BPSC exam, click on the "One-Time Registration (OTR)" or "New Registration" link.
